You’ll Want to Join Our Gang!

By Trina C.

I have been wanting for a while now to make a case for my photo CDs so that they are all in one place and easily accessable. So, here is my solution!

This project took me just over an hour, from choosing my chipboard to finish.

You will need:
Chipboard covers, 6″x6″
CD/DVD sleeves
An assortment of papers and matching embellies

Step 1:
Trace and cut out your cardstock to cover the chipboard covers.

Step 2:
Adhere the cardstock to your covers and ink the edges.

Step 3:
Cut three circles of different sizes and ink the edges of these as well.

Step 4:
Choose your embellishments and place them to get an idea of where you will need “fill”. Do not adhere embellishments yet!

Step 5:
Stamp flourishes with the kit stamps in the places where you needed “fill”. Then position and adhere your circles.

Step 6:
Adhere your embellishments to the front and back covers (if you desire to do both).

Step 7:
Punch holes in the covers and the CD/DVD sleeves so you can tie the case together.

Step 8:
Put in binder ring(s) and embellish the ring(s) with ribbon. Insert your photo CDs/DVDs and TADA!!! You are done!!!

Trina, what a great idea for the Photo CD/DVD case. One question, where did you purchase the plastic CD/DVD sleeves?
